Dangerous Driving by Asian Looking Driver (Green Hatch Plate Number 469-???), Gladstone Rd at Blakeney St Highgate Hill around 6.40pm 18/3/07. Driver ran the red light nearly knocking down a male pedestrian who had walk signal, not using blinker when moving from parking space and not using lights at night. Driver then turned right into Morris St.
